Today’s Content: Bhagya Lakshmi 6th March 2023 Written Update Episode starts with…Malishka felt her lips turn red. Neelam asks Malishka why her lips are plump? Malishka looks at herself on the phone and covers her mouth with her hand. Neelam asks Suhani what she mixed in the smoothie? Suhani says she didn’t do anything and says Malishka did. Malishka tries to stop Suhani from talking but Virendra stops her. Suhani tells everyone what happened and how Malishka spiked the Kheer. Rishi asks Suhani if Malishka played Kheer and what happened to the coconut milk. Suhani says Malishka would have done something. Malishka remembers what happened and realizes that the medicine might fail when she hides it from Neelam.
Neelam and Karishma ask Malishka how can she do this? Rishi asks Malishka about her behavior. Lakshmi interrupts Rishi’s question and asks Rishi to take Malishka to the hospital. Rishi agrees. Malishka apologizes to everyone and leaves the place with Rishi. Neelam blames Lakshmi for Malishka’s behavior and says that Malishka would not have done it if Lakshmi was not there.
Karishma also agrees with Neelam. Dadi stops their argument and talks about them. Rishi brings Malishka to the hospital. The doctor tells Rishi and Malishka what should be the care? Sonal comes to see Malishka with open lips laughing at her. Sonal asks Malishka what happened? Rishi tells Sonal what happened. Rishi goes to get medicine. Sonal scolds Malishka for doing such a stupid thing.

The doctor gave Malishka the medicine and reminded her not to miss a single pill. Malishka agreed.
