Hardoi, J.N.N. Director General of Police OP Singh said that to make the state crime free, the police is tightening the screws on criminals. In the last two years, 101 criminals have been killed in the state. Six police personnel were also martyred. He said that the police is working on social engineering. A good image of the police has been created among the common man. The police are taking action against the criminals. Action is being taken on the police personnel who are not performing their duties.

In which 380 police personnel have been given retirement. Now PPS and IPS officers will also be processed. In the press conference, the Director General of Police said that the committee is considering the issue of deployment of police personnel in the border districts of home districts. It will be decided soon. Praising the volunteers, he said that Uttar Pradesh Police has also made volunteers in foreign countries.

The DGP, who came to Hardoi to dedicate the inspection and construction works of the Police Department, also honored the volunteers who did good work. During this, he said that the social volunteers of the police are working not only in the country but also abroad. The Uttar Pradesh Police has also formed a group of NRIs. In which people who live outside and their families living in the state have a problem, then it becomes easily known. He said that the UP Police is one such in the whole country which has about five lakh members in the entire state. Which are doing public cooperation in policing. He praised everyone and said that the concept of volunteers is new.
