There will no longer be outsourced recruitment in IPH, know why the government did this

Shimla (Yograj): To prevent exploitation of outsourced employees, the state government has decided not to renew the contract of 2322 para pump operators, para fitters and multi purpose workers recruited in the IPH Department on completion of the contract on March 31. IPH Minister Mahendra Singh said that instead of this, the government will recruit rules and the matter will be taken to the cabinet. Those who qualify will be placed under the department and regularized after ten years. Apart from this, the department has started the recruitment process for 1578 Para Pump Operators, Para Fitters and Multi Purpose Workers. Its notification has been issued by the IPH department. There will be 417 mercury pump operators, 287 para-fitters, 874 multi-purpose workers in the state. 4000 honorarium will be given to the pump operator, while the para fitter and multi-purpose worker will get 3000 honorarium.

All these workers will be regularized after 10 years of service. They will be charged for 6 hours. Mahendra Singh Thakur clearly stated that there will no longer be outsourced recruitment in the IPH department. Outsource will be terminated by 31 March.
