SP MLA asked- Will those killed in CAA violence get compensation? Yogi gave this answer


Lucknow: In Uttar Pradesh, there was a large-scale violence in the past several years including the capital city of Lucknow due to the CAA violence. In which about 20 people were also killed. Samajwadi Party MLA in the assembly Rakesh Pratap Singh asked the government whether the government would give any compensation to the family members killed in the violence. In response to this, CM Yogi Adityanath gave a brief answer and said that no. There is no such provision, no money will be given to them.

Responding to the question, CM Yogi said, “21 people have been killed during riots, demonstrations and dharna in the last 6 months. In a written reply, CM said that 400 policemen were injured in the stone pelting incident by the protesters, while Agnay 61 policemen were injured in weapons attacks.

Explain that the opposition has accused the Yogi Adityanath government of using force during the violence against the CAA. The opposition says that the government has failed to deal properly with the violence during the protest.
