New Delhi: Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday targeted the opposition “for creating misunderstandings” among Muslims over the revised citizenship law, saying the Prime Minister is “24 carat gold” and his motives should not be doubted. Addressing an election rally in Mehrauli, Singh said that no native can point a finger at the “Muslim brother”. He said that fear is being filled among the Muslims to get votes by the opposition parties.
He said, “Our Prime Minister is 24-carat. Their motives cannot be doubted. ”Rajnath said that this government believes in ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas and Sabka Faith’. Targeting Kejriwal, the Defense Minister said that there is a difference between his words and actions. Singh said, “I believe that leaders should not make promises, and if they do, then they should go to any extent to fulfill them.”
