Maharashtra: Raj Thackeray made his cabinet, son made tourism minister


Mumbai: Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) President Raj Thackeray on Monday announced a ‘shadow cabinet’ to oversee the ruling Shiv Sena-Nationalist Congress Party-Congress grand alliance. The party currently has only one MLA from Kalyan Vidhan Sabha. Thackeray announced the list of ‘shadow cabinet ministers’ on Monday afternoon on the 14th foundation day of MNS. The MNS chief has assigned party leader Amit Thackeray the responsibility of the departments under Shiv Sena Chief Minister and his uncle Uddhav Thackeray as well as cousins ​​and Tourism Minister Aditya Thackeray.

MNS leader Bala Nandgaonkar will be monitored by Nationalist Congress Party Home Minister Anil Deshmukh’s department while Nitin Sardesai will be the deputy chief minister and finance minister Ajit Pawar. On this occasion, Thackeray urged the ‘ministers of the shadow cabinet’ to seriously analyze the work of each ministry / department. Thackeray cautioned that he should not only take time to find flaws and criticize but also appreciate the good works of the ministers.
