Kashmiri youth caught in Jalandhar, including RDX and AK 47, presented in court, next hearing on February 20


Mohali (Rana): One kilo of RDX in an engineering college in Jalandhar, A.K. NIA in the case of arrested Kashmiri youths, including 47 and other assailants. On Thursday, 4 accused were produced in the court. The director of Universal College Laldu also testified in this case.

Sohail Bhatt, one of the accused named in the case, was studying in this college. The defense counsel did not object to this, as they also believe that Bhatt was studying in this college. The court hearing the accused Zahid Gulzar, Yasir Rafiq Bhatt, Mohammad Ishras Shah and Sunil Ahmed Bhatt, who were presented in this case on February 20, has been posted for next hearing.

The relationship with the terror groups of the accused, Ansar Gakawat-ul-Shahd and Jaish-e-Mohammad,
was revealed that after investigation from the arrested Kashmiri youths, Shahd Gulzar, Yasir Rafiq Bhatt, Mohammad Ishras Shah and Sunil Ahmed Bhatt, it was found that the said students Had links with terrorist organizations Ansar Gakawat-ul-Shahd and Jaish-e-Mohammed. According to the police, Yusuf Bhatt, named in this case, is a cousin of Zakir Musa, the famous terrorist of Jammu and Kashmir. Police had registered a case against them under various sections including sedition, Asala Act. During interrogation, the youth had told the Jammu police that he was going to his colleagues studying in a college in Jalandhar. After this, the Jalandhar and Jammu police raided the college together and the students were controlled with the above material from the room.
