Patna, JNN. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will embark on the fifth phase of water-life-greenery journey from 26 December. The Chief Minister will visit Patna along with Sheikhpura, Nalanda, Buxar, Bhojpur and Lakhisarai during this proposed visit from 26 to 30 December. The Cabinet Secretariat has released programs for the proposed visit of the Chief Minister.
On the first day of the 26th December, the Chief Minister will observe the renovation, planting and beautification of Madho Pokhar at Marachi in Mokama at 11 am. After this, they will visit exhibitions of wells that have been renovated, water harvesting, agriculture and other departments.
After Mokama, the Chief Minister will go directly to the public high school Suryagadha Lakhisarai. Here they will hold a water-life-greenery awareness conference. Gram Panchayat will go to Rampur, Block Suryagarh from 1.45 pm. Here they will visit the ponds and wells developed for irrigation. In addition, in Lakhisarai district, he will observe exhibitions of works done by water harvesting, agriculture and other departments.
On December 27, at 11.15, the Chief Minister will visit Bhojpur. Here, he will observe the construction of poly house under the Chief Minister’s Horticulture Mission, protected flower cultivation in poly house in Gadhni block. In the same sequence, they will also visit six ponds under construction under water conservation. At 12.05 he will hold a water-life-greenery awareness conference at Itadhi. At 1.45 pm, the Chief Minister will go to Buxar, the Unvanas Panchayat. Here they will visit renovated ponds, beautification of pudders, path-way construction and plantation. After this, he will unveil the statue of Acharya Shivpujan Sahay near the Panchayat Sarkar Bhavan here.
