A 23-year-old Himachal youth martyred on LAC, had promised to come home soon


Nahan: Anchit Kumar, 23, of Panjhera village in Bohal Talia panchayat of Rajgarh division of Sirmaur in Himachal Pradesh, has sacrificed his life while defending the country. Anchit Kumar’s uncle Sudesh Sharma said over the phone that the atmosphere at home was gloomy after the sudden information. He said the family had received the information last night. He also spoke to an army officer on the phone in the morning. BJP state president and MP Suresh Kashyap has expressed deep sympathy to the bereaved family. Confirming the death of the jawan, Major Deepak Dhawan, Deputy Director, Sainik Welfare Board, said that official information has been received.
